Choose the "Group Orientation Sessions" category, and then schedule the "LGBTQ+ Group Orientation for Couples" appointment type. You will automatically be emailed the online registration and consent forms after you've scheduled the appointment. The email will be from: "Leann Diederich, PhD" with the subject line "Please fill out this form". In Gmail, it may go into your Updates folder. That will give you a link to complete the required brief information and consent forms. The Zoom link for the session is in the forms, and will also be emailed to you 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If you have any questions after that, please email me.
